Just for FUN!!!!!!

OK, so this may be a bit brave of me since I am about to get married and I have been getting a ton of new cool stuff. But I just wanted to put this on here so my special someone could see that I LOVE IT!!!!! Brighton Jewelry is one of my favorites, that is coming in second behind Tiffany!!! I normally get to score several pieces and maybe even a handbag for holidays, anniversaries, or my B-Day!!!
Ladies, make a comment and let me know if you like it.... I think I really love it because it has a place for me to keep my 2 favorite boys right next to my heart!!!!
One more thing... These two brands are the only two that have withstood the test of Mason, he has yet to break one Brighton necklace or my only Tiffany's necklace!

Wife 1.0- Tech Support

So, I thought his was funny. I hope it gives someone else a laugh too!!!

Last year I upgraded from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0. I soon noticed that the new program began unexpected child processing that took up a lot of space and valuable resources. No mention of this was included with the product information. In addition, Wife 1.0 installed itself into all other programs and now launches during system initialization, where it monitors all other system activity. Applications such as Poker Night 10.3, Drunken Boys Night 2.5, Football 5.0, Hunting and Fishing 7.5 and Racing 3.6 no longer run, crashing the system whenever selected.I can't seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the background while attempting to run my favorite applications. I'm thinking about going back to Girlfriend 7.0, but the Uninstall doesn't work on Wife 1.0. Please help!
Thanks,Signed,A Troubled User--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Troubled User,This is a very common problem. Many people upgrade from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0 thinking that it is merely an Utilities and Entertainment program. Wife 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM and is designed by its creator to run everything! It is also impossible to delete Wife 1.0 and return to Girlfriend 7.0. Hidden operating system files cause Girlfriend 7.0 to emulate Wife 1.0 so nothing is gained. It is impossible to uninstall, delete, or purge the program files from the system once installed. You cannot go back to Girlfriend 7.0 because Wife 1.0 is designed to not allow this. Some have tried to install Girlfriend 8.0 or Wife 2.0 but end up with more problems than in the original system. Look in your Wife 1.0 manual under "Warnings: Maintenance/Child Support".I recommend that you keep Wife 1.0. I suggest installing the background application program Yes_Dear to alleviate software augmentation. Having installed Wife 1.0 myself, I also suggest that you read the entire section regarding "General Partnership Faults (GPFs)".You must assume all responsibility for any faults and problems that occur, regardless of their cause. You will also find that GPFs tend to be somewhat cyclical, occurring approximately 28 days apart. The best course of action is to enter the command C:APOLOGIZE. Avoid excessive use of C:YES_DEAR because ultimately you will have to use the APOLOGIZE command before the system will return to normal anyway.Remember, the system will run smoothly as long as you take the blame for all GPFs. Wife 1.0 is a great program, but tends to require very high maintenance. Wife 1.0 comes with several support programs such as Clean_and_Sweep 3.0, Cook_It 1.5 (which replaces Burn_It 1.0) and Do_Bills 4.2. You must however be very careful how you use these programs. Improper use will cause the system to launch the program Nag_Nag 9.5. Once this happens, the only way to improve the performance of Wife 1.0 is to purchase additional software. I recommend Flowers 2.1 and Diamonds 5.0 should this happen.Best of luck.

The CrAzY Adventures of CMP!

I was about to do the dishes, I had just opened the dishwasher door and my cell phone rang! I hate that thing, but for some reason I just cannot let it ring. So, I ran to the living room to answer it! Mason was crawling around in the kitchen floor playing with Pots and Pans- I let him do that when I am working in the kitchen. It keeps him occupied and also lets me keep an eye on him.
Back to the point--- I guess I did not realize how fast he was. I pretty much went into the living room, grabbed the phone and headed right back for the kitchen to finish working on the dishes. Well, when I rounded the corner, Mason was sitting on the door of the dishwasher unloading dishes for me. Thankfully there was nothing sharp on the bottom rack! I thought this was pretty funny so I grabbed my camera, sitting on the kitchen table and took a few shots. Mason is always finding new stuff to get into and I normally never have a camera around, but this time I was lucky! I know he just wants to help Mommy with housework, but next time, I will definitely close the door before turning my head!!! It could have been dangerous, but other than that, it made for some CUTE pictures!

Cook Out at The Randolph's!

The kiddo's just hanging out trying to get some action from the dogs at Kacey and Brian's house.
Mason was chilling with this walking toy and Ryder decided he was not doing it right. Here is a shot of Ryder showing Mason how to work it!!!
This is sweet Lilly and me. She has such beautiful eyes, and she is pretty good at hanging in there with the boys. Good thing Ruby is on the way to help her out.
"Boys will be boys!" This is Michelle breaking up a little brawl that the boys were having. They are so funny. They just get in there and go for it!
I had to put this one in here. This is a picture of Ben at my shower and he is "Riding a Bull!" From what Michelle says, Ben is obsessed with bull riding. I happen to think this is absolutely adorable! I think Michelle was a bit embarrassed at the fact that Ben was riding a bull in my living room at my wedding shower. But I thought it was adorable and super funny! It does not get much better than this!
We had a cook out at the Randolph house. It was a ton of FUN! Shelly and Keith came and brought Lilly, Michelle and Brandt came and brought Ben, The Phillips Family was there and of course, the hosts' of the Party; Brain, Kasey, Ryder, and soon to be Ruby and Lincoln! This was a great time and we cannot wait to to it again! Thansk guys for such a super time.

Pool Time With Daddy

Mason swimming with his Daddy. He loves the water, he is definitely a natural!
Although he loves the water, he loves his Daddy's sunglasses more.
Here is a cute little picture of my boys.
Just taking a ride on the ShArK!
Showing his excitement for the pool and swimming with his favorite guy, "DAD."
I had a work party and Mason and Curt decided to come and enjoy the festivities. It was tons of fun and they got to swim together. We hardly ever go to the pool unless the sun has mostly gone down, and this made for the perfect time to get some swimming in!

Family Picture

Just a cute little family picture to kick things off!!! I am still in my work duds, but it is still pretty adorable!

Advice???

So, it seems that Mason is cutting some major teeth. He is running a low grade fever, chews on everything, and his sinus' seem to be affected too. I feel like I have tried everything. I feel so badly for him. Hopefully these little toothagians will be through the skin soon, but it does not seem like soon enough.
The reason why I am posting this is because I am looking for ADVICE! If any of you out there reading my blog have any advice on how to help my little trooper with his munchers, I would welcome it. Please, please, please post anything that you know of that has help you in the past. I do not care if it is an ancient remedy, I would try it as long as it is not too far-fetched...
Thanks in advance for your help!!!
Love,
One Sleepy MOM!!!

Nanna's Day With Mason

I love this one because it shows off his pearly-whites. Not really sure what that blue thing is on his chin...
This really scares me, but if Nana lets him do it, it must be safe, because she is EXTRA careful. She said they love to swing together and no matter how hot it is outside, swinging is still Mason's most favorite...
Looks like Mason is ready for Lunch. Or maybe he is just trying to snag some left-overs... Just kidding....
And, he is off in a flash. So fast this little one is! Gabby can hardly catch him. Mason likes to push the buttons but he really does not know how to ride it too well yet. The other night his buddy Ryder came over to give him a little lesson in "baby car driving 101!" Ryder is the master at it... Thanks Ry!

Every now and then Nana gets to come and stay with Mason. She has a blast and she takes around 1,000,000 pictures. She cracks me up trying to capture his every move. I hope you enjoy some of the candid shots from "Nana's Day With Mason."
Thanks Nana, we love you!

Word Of The Day

I thought I might try something new and post a word for the day. I searched on the Internet for "word of the day," and I found, plenitude.

plenitude • \PLEN-uh-tood\ • noun
1 : the quality or state of being full : completeness
*2 : a great sufficiency : abundance

I thought that this word fit how I felt today for many reasons.
1. I just ate a cinnamon roll- I feel very (full) and guilty...
2. Curt and Mason make my life complete. I cannot even begin to explain how my life has taken on a new roll. Mommy is the best job God could have ever given me and Wife is the best job that I could have ever found.
3. I also have an abundance of friends. Not like you would think of in High School where you want everyone to be your friend, and if they are not, you feel unpopular. In the way that all of the friends that I have are wonderful and each and every one of the fill a piece of my heart. No two are alike and for this I am grateful.

So, here is to my cinnamon roll, Curt and Mason, and my many different friends; all of which fill my life with plenitude each and every day! I love you all, and that means you too cinnamon roll!!!

My Talented Sister

My sister, Katie, has always been interested in cooking- something that I dare venture into.... I am working on it though... Anyways, point being, Katie is very talented in the cake making area. She has been making special design cakes for a few years now. She has made me some pretty wild Birthday cakes in the past. A sunshine, with glasses on and real rays..., a electric guitar- because I am a rockstar, and she made the wine bottle cake for my brother and sister-in-laws shower. It was so pretty and real looking. You should go to her blog and take a look, the link is on my page under (Katie and Jeremy.) I hope you enjoy, and if you do, drop her a line and let her know... I think she needs to go into business one day and I am going to be her professional taste-tester...

37 Days Left to go....

I am going crazy with wedding planning. I really love it though. It will be one of the most wonderful days of mine and Curt's lives (besides the birth of Mason.) I am running around crazy trying to get everything done. Curt is in training in Atlanta right now, so there is not really much he could help with... So, it is all me! I am doing just fine though, I just keep on truckin'. The only problem would be, every time I think I am almost done, there is something else that pops into my head that I remember to do. I hope that stops soon, I might go crazy if it doesn't. All of this might be fun and enjoyable if I was not such a procrastinator... That is what I get, I guess... Only 37 days left until the big day. I did not realize it was that soon, that is another one of my problems- NO concept of TIME!!!!

Road Trip Pictures

I think this is the most adorable little munchkin in the entire world!!! He was taking his morning nap in the car on the way to the wedding. To those of you who are looking closely, we turned it around...
It is a little to early for me to look super glamorous...
But not for Katie, even in a hat, she is GLAM!
Jeremy always looks the same...
The Tennessee River- at 7am in the morning it looked better than all of us put together, except for Mason...
So, this post is a bit backwards, but I am doing it anyways. We sat out on our trip for Thomson at 6am... EARLY! We packed down the Volvo and headed south. It was a wonderful trip. Mason was really good, until the very end, and he was ready to get out. Jeremy drove, Katie rode shotgun and I entertained Mason in the backseat. He is a little spoiled now, because he thinks I need to be back there with him all of the time.

Creating My Blogger Circle

Amanda, you would be so proud of me... I have sucked 2 more people into my little blogger circle. Katie and my friend Kacey. I am so happy I have some more people to blog with.

As for those of you who do not know Kacey and Katie, here is an intro...

Katie is my sister, she is 20 years old. Katie is getting married to Jeremy Elliot next year in May. So excited for Katie and Jeremy... They also have a spoiled puppy together, Sophie... Go and check out there page, the link is under "Our Friends..."

Kacey is a friend that I met when Curt started riding dirt bikes with her husband, Brian. Curt and Brian are now the best of friends, but they haven't done much dirt bike riding lately... Kacey and Brian have a son Ryder, he is Mason's best friend, they really love each other. Kacey and Brian are also expecting twins very soon. There names are Lincoln and Ruby Jane. I cannot wait to meet them, they are going to be so adorable... The link to the Randolph Family is also under Our Friends...

More Wedding Pictures

This would have been a great one.... Mason really loved my flowers!
My Nanna sent me these pictures. I do not think Curt thought I would see him giving Mason Sun Drop (which has tons of caffiene...) Oh well, I guess a little will not hurt him. Mason can be pretty purswasive when he really wants something. He talked me into some sweet tea later that night at the reception. In the background that is my Pa Bill, Mason's Great Grand Pa... They are both red head's, well, Pa used to be a red head.
Katie and her fiance' Jeremy holding their Sun Drop about to walk to the reception.
Nice, Katie...
This is the flower girl, Anna. She is Aunt Karen and Uncle Dave's youngest daughter. She is so beautiful and full of life. I think there were as many pictures of her as there were of the bride. She had wings like a little angel, so ADORABLE> She told me after to wedding that when she walked down the aisle with the ring bearer, she "felt like she was getting married..." I thought that was so cute. She just turned 4 years old a little bit ago!

Brain's Wedding

Wow! We look too much alike!!!Brain and Carrie
OK, so if you are from Tennessee, you know about Sun Drop... My brother loves it. So, they ordered a ton of it and had it for everyone to cool them while they waited on the wedding to start. It made for a really cute picture- except for the fact that my arm is sticking way out!!! Maybe, I like it the MOST!
Carrie, and the Maid of Honor
My lovely siblings. We are such a cute little family!

Headed to Thomson...

Well, actually right now I am at work, waisting time when I need to be working.... But we are headed down to Georgia for Brian (my brother) and Carrie Elise's wedding. They are getting married Saturday night at a winery in southern Georgia. I think it is going to be so much fun. Katie and I are in the wedding (YAY for us) it is going to be tons of fun to dress up and be in the wedding and not have to stress about it- like I am in 1 month for my own wedding. I will post some pictures when we get home. The only sad part is that we will be leaving Gabby behind. She is such a little DIVA. She has never been boarded. We think it would be too much stress on her, so we just have someone come to the house... can you say SPOILED?????
